A clip recently showed that people see others objects so that they can unemotionally inflict suffering.
Mrs Bush snr said in New Orleans something about so much fuss when the people are used to this. Totally oblivious and the same compassion afforded a turnip.
Why would you vote for them when they show dislike/hate to you.

While I don't disagree that some residents are abused I do Know that there are N Homes that do not tolerate abuse but as we age we tend to do things and position ourselves into abusive situations that are not abuse but appear that way.
My wife is a CNA and I have seen the crap she tolerates in the name of a job. Sometimes I can't understand why she doesn't just slap the shit out of some of these people.
Most people have no idea the abuse the aides put up with every day.
I wouldn't be able to do it. I often wonder if she is crazy for taking the job that puts her in these situations.
When residents die - They are friends and she comes home and cries. Then she goes back to work to get slapped...

To all you CNAs out there I tip my hat to you for taking care of our old ones.
Hear!Hear! When visiting my grandmother once, another resident slapped me in the face. I thought my grandmother was going to come out of her wheelchair to start a brawl. Dementia can be so dangerous.

onlinedesign - yep and we've had some rippers here too. And many would argue that some I voted for were dipsticks. Trouble is, as I get older they start to look the same, sound the same and tell the same bloody lies.
