Initial reaction to this slap on the wrist: boy, Ashley and Heather sure are lucky that they''re white and female. I almost fell out of my chair when I read this. NO WAY would two young black males get the same leniency. What do other clippers think?

They each should be mandated to stand on the main
street, holding a sign stating what they were charged
and convicted of, for 6 months. Humiliation works.

If they were female and black, latina, or native american, they would be in prison.

The scales of justice do not balance equally when it comes to black and white mineoritys or poor people.
