You got to hand it to the capitalists. Forever inventing creative ways to separate people from their money. Despite the fact that ESTA pre-registration system stated the system would always be free, clever wording allows government to keep their word and collect fees too.

Isn't England charging people to leave? Let them in for hols, then charge them to go on.
