have the time or weren’t near any boutiques. Her timing was impeccable. As
the desire for designer labels grew in the Noughties, so did Net-a-porter.
Now nearly 2m women log on a month to read, browse and buy from more than
200 leading labels, and the company turnover for 2008 increased by an
incredible 67% year-on-year to £55.2m.
