I love these! I make them every year in Switzerland we call them bratzeli. I once made two dozen to give as gifts but wound up eating them all. They are also very good with ground up hazelnut. Yum!! When do you add the hazelnut?? I am going to try and make these...for the first time...! You add the ground hazelnut with the lemon, sugar, vanilla and everything else. They're pretty easy to make you can't really mess them up.Just make sure the iron is very hot before you drop the batter onto it. Thanks for the info and the tips....I'll try it and hopefully they'll come out as yummy as they sound! |
