Sadly enough, this doesn't surprise me.

I don't think there IS a "they". This is more on the lines of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing.
And just like in the main stream media, the "headline" is just plain false. It DID find its way there--to Iran,etc.--but not directly or as the sentence implies. But there is NO excuse for not having more control over who is doing what with the materials. I'm sure this is allowed by INDIVIDUALS more concerned with greed or taking America down than is the majority of the dept.
