This is great. It allows for virtual tracking rather than using the van with some fake company logo on the side. This, if true, could save thousands of man-hours in tracking and enable a more reliable surveillance.
This will especially come in handy when Bush declares marshal law, and seeks to purge all leftists.

WoW, scary. You know that there was a study recently that young people these days don't think privacy rights are needed at all. Hope I can find that one again.
