ManagedQ: a graphical frontend to Google and more, according to their blog: “A Search Application is dedicated to helping you manage your entire Search Experience: from the keyword, to results, to previewing, to refinement and repeating with a new query”.

I've check out ManagedQ. What's awesome about them is they instantly run a natural natural language processing algorithm on Google results which highlight people, places and things related to a search. This is cool because there's no switching costs as there are with trying a non-Google engine. They just give you cool tools to find what you want within Google results faster. The UI is awesome too.
