Interesting that sleep disturbances is number one -- does that make it the most important indicator?

I know that if I'm sleeping well, it has a huge effect on my working mind.

Does this mean if I don't have any of these symptoms, or only say less than five, that my mind is okay? Okay, just pulling your leg!

Adam, I guess it depends on how each symptom communicates to us about our general well-being. The way I understand it is, if we're experiencing any one (or more) out of the ten symptoms and any one (or more) of these symptoms tells us that something is keeping us from functioning well as individuals (at work, socially, etc..) then it means that something is wrong. Our mind 'ails' when our body senses that we need time off or if we need to reevaluate our activities. I think the article shows how important it is to get to know and listen to our bodies.

debbyski, don't you just love #9?
