Shame! What gives humans the right to commit ecocide?

It's a crime...poor Mother Earth.

So how do we stop it?

Cutting down on oil consumption would be a start. Boycotting companies operating there (e.g. Shell which wants to build a nuclear power plant to provide the pumping power.) Lobbying the Government of Alberta. Make the tar sands a publicity disaster (i.e. try to get some responsible media coverage.) Al Gore calls the tar sands extraction "insane". Elect him the next president.
