Focus on Tourism Luncheon sponsored by the Ohio Travel Association. Thirty-five 
tourism industry members were present to participate in the program entitled 
"We've been there. encourage visitors to return year after year to their attraction, business or 
event. Keeping websites current and complete was a recurring theme among all of 
the panelists. The panelists also concurred that visitors no longer just want to 
see something, they want to experience it by feeling, smelling, tasting and 
living it. The experiences also need to have sparkle and sizzle by adding a new
