Nice clip HannibalCat. There's such a resurgence of interest in 80s shows such as Airwolf, so when Mark J.Cairns & Sylvester Levay's official Airwolf 2CD Soundtrack 'Airwolf Themes' was finally released for digital downloads last month on Apple iTunes Store especially, as well as Pinnacle-Digital.com, Napster, eMusic and others -- (details from the official Airwolf website www.airwolfthemes.com) I was so thrilled by how cool it actually was. Simply awesome!

This was an ensemble show with a number of characters led by actors Jan-Michael Vincent and Ernest Borgnine and their technically advanced prototype helicopter with the codename "Airwolf". The series was one of a number of highly successful television programmes created by Donald Bellisario and 4 series of the show were broadcast in the 1980s in a number of countries establishing a large number of fans across the globe. The series had a highly memorable theme tune by composer Sylvester Levay who also created the distinctive music for the majority of the show's episodes. A number of episodes were scored by Udi Harpaz and there were a couple of composers who filled in on occasional episodes, so by and large the sonic shape of the series came from Levay and Harpaz.
