It actually confirmed much of what I believed. It gave me two number ones, Thompson and Hunter. I have been hoping Thompson would be able to get some more leverage. He has put forth some great proposals (versus most candidates putting forth nothing), and he isn't really and extremist in any one category as are many of the candidates. It had McCain below that, and while I like McCain there are a few things he has pulled in the past which knock him down on my list when it comes to being president.

After that there is a drop off to Romney who I kinda like, but he has flipped to get where he is on some positions and could just as easily flop in the future. Further down is a trio I couldn't supp...

Further down is a trio I couldn't support including Huckabee and Ron Paul. Below them is Giuliani who I could support, but who I wouldn't be enthusiastic about voting for.

It even nailed my favorite of the democrats being Richardson.

Of course, this doesn't cover those things which just can't be put down on paper like the changing views of many of the candidates and when those views were changed or how some candidates might be just too extreme in one position for you to like them. It does make me feel better about my choices this year though.
