Beautiful clip, although, not sure would like to be going across it and then end up in a passing cloud; have you ever been in or above a cloud without having a plane around you. Seems to only happen while being in Europe especially in the ALPs.

It is a strange feeling to be above a cloud and everything is clear but yet looking down below the cloud it was raining.

This bridge is quite striking... and like you, I wouldn't want to be driving through a cloud while it were raining... that would seemingly be quite dangerous, esp. if the French drive anything like they do down here in NASCAR country. lol.
