Or the firms in question could just make a stand and refuse the order since it is completely unconstitutional. This would be like a city deciding that since they funded the stadium for some sports team that they have the right to step in and dictate how much the players should be paid.

I heard some sound comments today (won't tell who) about our Congress. Who gets to decide when they get a pay increase? They do. Didn't they just vote themselves one last year? And don't they do it on a regular basis? This added to all their other perks. How about they step up and take some of their own medicine and declare that THEY will take some big cuts in their pay....for the sake of the Country, of course. NOT!!!
