This is not a Pre-Release its the release version.

I have been using the beta of IE7 for a few months now and I have to say that i'm impressed with the improvements. Both from a user and a developer standpoint. I would actually say that it's back in the game with firefox 1.5, but now with firefox 2 coming out later this month, they are behind again. Firefox 2 is nothing short of incredible. The built in spell check along with tab enhancements really puts firefox over the top!!!

I have been itermittently using the beta for a couple weeks and peronally I don't like it much. As a matter of fact I liked IE6 better

I have been using it intermittently for months and I liked it much more than earlier versions. Unfortunately, it's still missing features that I really like in a web browser.
