No, this super-futuristic concept design for an all-electric VW doesn't look like anything else the company has ever made before, that's for sure. I'm not sure just how practical that is, but it's certainly unique. That clear surface wrapped around the outside of the car is an OLED screen that can display info to the driver and passengers inside, which is certainly an interesting idea.
