I've suffered from (and been diagnosed with) CFS in the past. Supposedly, my doctor believes I have recovered from CFS but I sometimes have my doubts. It is so hard to discern this syndrome from that of other disorders and diseases that cause the same common symptoms.

The extreme tiredness may come and go. In some cases the extreme tiredness never goes away.
