37th in Health Care, now only 13th in Quality of Life. Moving to Canada doesn't look so bad now, does it? (#4 in Quality of Life).

Canada.... America... so close; so very much alike.... What does Canada have that America doesn't?

Socialism.

Makes you think, doesn't it? (If it doesn't, then you deserve the fate that you have)
