I remember when this happened also and it was alarming because it gave proof to the destructive power of chemical weapons in the modern world. Many fears were realized and a new age of chemical/biological agents used for mass destruction was born. Common people such as you and I exploited the use of such enlightening the world of their potential. Crazy shit, huh, big dog?
