Unfortunately Rumsfeld will get out of any charges. Considering this guy is a veteran and a citizen, one questions WTF!

Donald (the Rumsfeld one) is the victim of Bush´s failure. The idea is probably built some better opinion about the Bush administration by finding someone responsible for everything that happened.

Rumsfeld isn't the only one to blame here. There are hoards of people responsible for many, many cases like the one described here.
