I understand aggravated kidnapping but he didn't physically hurt anyone. How does a guy get life in prison for forcing someone to drive him while another guy that has molested numerous children get away with 20 yrs.? Plus, he's not even eligible for parole for 30? That's ridiculous!

How can any jury allow a man that has molested at least 40 boys the opportunity to be released from prison AGAIN?

Clearly two examples of punishment not fitting the crime.
