Credibility goes down the drain. Reading from afar, I get the impression that there is a lot of arrogance and ignorance in Congress. Which is more common, I haven't yet worked out.
These people are representatives and should respond to pressure from within their electorates. If they don't then they shouldn't be voted for.
One would think they should at least be looking busy and making enough noise to silence the rattling of pots and pans. Signs of a bad culture developing.
