The fact that this was considered, is a war crime.
An attempt to screw with a fundamental emotion for the sake of a political or tactical advantage. It seems tame because our objections have been blunted by more serious examples recently. The overall philosophy seems to be the same.
Now shampoo and conditioner, amongst other things are doing their work for them. I'm not sure what is weirder, the Plan, or the idea it might work. It was their only option after they discovered Hormones, and couldn't find a way to make them explode. Imagine the Gay rights movement with their own militia. San Francisco could have been in trouble. I can also imagine anyone who wakes up gay by surprise wouldn't ...

Actually this is very old (been at least 2 and half years since this was "uncovered").

The military was working on various other things such as making one's breath bad, making skin sensitive to light, attracting insects, rats towards one and even a bomb that would simulate flatulence amongst enemy ranks (which was to be called a "Who?Me?" bomb).

I think the Who?Me? bomb was in consideration since 1945 (not sure though) while all the other weird plans were drafted in 1994 (somewhat sure about this ).

I don't have the link handy with me (locked out of my own del.icio.us account) but I'll post it here once I find it.

I believe it was Congressman Mark Foley who suggested this weapon. And it was blessed by the Cleric from Colorado Ted Haggard.

The Republicans thought it was a better idea then what they were doing in Iraq.

The biggest problem with the SIG P226 is the fact that it costs so much. A bare-minimum stock model typically runs at least around $800. Hemorrhoids and diarrhea are similar in several ways, people usually don't take it seriously and it's great for jokes, but there are several cases when you should not delay going to the doctor to get a proper diagnosis. While diarrhea in and of itself is rarely a contributing factor towards the development of inflamed hemorrhoids, under certain circumstances diarrhea can in fact be a contributing cause of both hemorrhoid irritation and inflammation. However, certain types of diarrhea can also add to the irritation brought on by hemorrhoids. Excessively frequent bouts of diarrhea are one example of this. Another example would be explosive diarrhea, which itself is a loosely defined term. Suffice it to say, explosive diarrhea is typically the result of food poisoning or some other kind of intestinal infection such as roundworms and/or other parasites. The bottom line (no pun intended), is that frequent, painful bouts of diarrhea can in fact contribute to hemorrhoids. If sympt

The problem with that is we all know that vote rings make it possible for many undeserving links to get votes at Digg. So how can Digg vouch for Huffington Post, when the rumor is they have paid voters, etc.?
